Job Details:

• Job Title: RN: Psych
• Location: Milledgeville, GA
• Setting: Psychiatric Hospital
• Pay Range: $1983.20 - $2082.36 weekly
• Schedule: 8-Hour Evenings, 3pm - 11:30pm, every other weekend
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
• Requirements: 1 year of experience as a RN, Valid Registered Nurse license, Willing to obtain Georgia licensure

Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer prescribed medications and initiate intravenous therapies
• Conduct thorough health assessments to identify patient problems and needs, formulating and implementing individualized nursing care plans
• Make daily rounds to assess physical and emotional status and implement necessary interventions
• Respond to patient and family concerns, ensuring documentation and communication of resolutions
• Serve as a shift leader and resource for staff on the unit
