You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex investment decisions, retirement planning, estate and legacy planning, tax-efficient strategies, charitable giving, and wealth preservation. What You’ll Do As a trusted financial advisor, you will: Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to the unique needs of affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Manage and deepen relationships with clients possessing significant investable assets. Provide sophisticated investment guidance, retirement planning, tax-aware investment strategies, estate planning, charitable giving, and wealth transfer solutions. Partner with specialists across investment management, trust services, estate planning, and tax strategy to deliver comprehensive client solutions. Serve as an ongoing advisor, proactively adjusting financial strategies as client goals and market conditions evolve. Mentor and collaborate with fellow advisors while contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence. Represent the organization with professionalism while building long-term client confidence and trust. The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate is an experienced financial advisor who is passionate about helping clients make confident financial decisions through thoughtful planning and trusted relationships. They combine technical expertise with emotional intelligence, understanding that exceptional wealth management is built on listening first, educating clients, and developing customized solutions that evolve over time. Successful candidates will likely possess: Additional credentials such as CFA, CPA, CTFA, or similar designations are highly valued Seven or more years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory services Experience advising affluent or ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families Strong knowledge of investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, trust and estate planning, and wealth transfer Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills A consultative, fiduciary approach to client service Why This Opportunity Is Different This role offers far more than the opportunity to manage client portfolios.
