Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab $30,000 Sign-on Bonus with two (2) year commitment to that role. Open to external applicates who have not been previously employed by CMC in the last rolling 9 months. Status/FTE: FT / 1.0 FTE Shift length: 10 hours Start Time: 0700 Unit: Clinic Schedule Requirements (including weekends, holidays): Monday-Friday 1000 - 1830. May include nights, weekends, holidays. On call requirements as well. Required qualifications: Current state RN license Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire Preferred qualifications: BSN One (1) year of clinic experience Additional Information/Department information: The RN utilizes nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care of patients from admission to department through discharge or transfer. Provides expert care and education to patients in clinical setting, acts as patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. Knowledgeable in clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents. Manages patient loads in assigned timelines.
