The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, computer savvy, and able to help patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk in. Responsibilities: Welcome and check in patients professionally and warmly Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently Maintain a productive schedule and help fill openings/cancellations Confirm appointments and communicate with patients clearly Assist with insurance verification and front office coordination Keep the front office organized and running smoothly Work closely with the clinical team to support daily flow Qualifications: Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable learning and using dental software Ability to manage scheduling effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual English and Spanish Dental front office experience is a plus We are looking for someone who is dependable, team-oriented, and takes pride in creating an excellent experience for both patients and coworkers.
