Delivery/Product Specialist

Pohanka Nissan Hyundai of Fredericksburg is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Delivery/Product Specialist to join our team in Stafford, VA. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our customers and supporting the product knowledge and presentation of our vehicles. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the delivery process of new and pre-owned vehicles to customers. Provide thorough walkthroughs of vehicle features and functionalities to customers. Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Collaborate closely with sales, service, and finance departments to facilitate smooth transactions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Nissan and Hyundai vehicle models and features. Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Previous experience in automotive sales, product specialist, or delivery roles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to explain complex vehicle features in an easy-to-understand manner.
