A patient-centered outpatient physical therapy clinic in San Rafael, CA is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join a supportive, collaborative team. This role treats both men and women with pelvic floor conditions while incorporating orthopedic physical therapy as appropriate. Practice Model

• 1:1 Patient Care: Absolutely no double booking.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunctions and/or general orthopedic conditions.
• Provide comprehensive care for both male and female pelvic health patients (e.g., pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum recovery, post-prostatectomy rehabilitation).
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans blending pelvic health and orthopedic techniques.
• Actively participate in 1:1 mentorship and clinical skill-building (for therapists transitioning into pelvic health).
• Educate patients on pelvic health, movement strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with referring providers and team members to ensure cohesive patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active or eligible California Physical Therapist license.
• Background: Open to experienced pelvic health therapists OR orthopedic therapists with a strong curiosity and desire to learn pelvic health (prior coursework/certifications are a plus, but mentorship is provided!).
• Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, empathy, communication, and patient engagement.
• Mindset: A passion for continuous learning and delivering patient-first, individualized care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 - $108,000 annually | Per Diem: $60 - $65/hr (minimum 25 hrs/week)
