Clinicians have opportunities to provide individual, family, group, and telehealth services while working with a diverse client population.Preferred LicensureLPC or LPC AssociateLCSW or LMSWLMFT or LMFT AssociateTherapists expected to achieve full licensure within six months are encouraged to applyAreas Of Expertise We Value While not required, experience or specialization in any of the following areas is highly valued:Play TherapyArt TherapyComplex Family SystemsFirst RespondersLGBTQ+ populationsBIPOC-focused careWhat You'll DoComplete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide high-quality, client-centered therapy servicesMaintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time cliniciansComplete documentation in a timely and accurate mannerCoordinate care with families, providers, schools, and community supports as neededParticipate in staff meetings, supervision, and training opportunitiesQualificationsMaster's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institutionActive Oklahoma licensure or associate-level licensure (LPC Associate, LMSW, LMFT Associate, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentationExperience working with children, adolescents, and familiesStrong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional boundariesAbility to work effectively with diverse populationsAbility to successfully complete a background checkWe Encourage You To Apply You don't have to meet every qualification to be a great fit.
