The Physical Therapist will plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions. They will serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. The role includes completing evaluations to ensure quality standards while addressing assessment areas that require attention. Using appropriate clinical techniques and tools, individualized treatment plans will be established for patients. Therapy interventions will be provided using established treatment protocols and techniques. It is essential to establish individualized care and discharge plans and ensure communication with appropriate parties. Clinical documentation must be comprehensive, accurate, and completed within established deadlines. Supervision of assigned assistants is required. Additional job-related duties may be assigned as needed. Safety and wellbeing are prioritized; vaccination requirements are enforced as a condition of employment, with exemptions applying as necessary. Compliance with regulatory standards is expected throughout the organization.
