The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Lead Technician to join our team and take the lead on physical security installations. You will work alongside a Project Manager to plan and execute the work, direct your crew in the field, and make sure every job is completed to a high standard. Locations: Reno, NV | Jackson, MS | Dallas-Fort Worth, TX | Phoenix, AZ | Columbus, OH | South Bend, IN | Atlanta, GA | Fredericksburg, VA What You Will Be Responsible For: Leading field installation crews on physical security projects including access control, cameras, intrusion, and intercom systems. Planning and communicating the week's work to your crew and keeping production on track with the project schedule. Coordinating directly with the General Contractor and Electrical Contractor for all in-field conditions and serving as the primary point of contact on the job site. Ensuring all installation work meets quality standards and is properly tested and documented before closeout. Enforcing site safety, conducting regular safety briefings, and responding immediately to any unsafe conditions. Keeping the Project Manager informed on daily progress, material receipts, blockers, and any issues that arise on site. What We Offer: Competitive compensation based on experience.
