Position Service Technician II (Hiring Immediately) Pay Rate $31.00-39.00/hour (plus on‑call and sign‑on bonus) Benefits Sign‑On Bonus for experienced technicians Company vehicle, mobile device, and uniforms Meters and test equipment Industry certification assistance 401(k) and profit sharing Paid holidays and vacation Medical, dental, and life insurance (company paid) Short‑term and long‑term disability insurance (company paid) Town Shares Program – share in company success Summary The Service Technician II provides maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration such as grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach‑in and walk‑in coolers, and freezers. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration units. Communicate status updates for parts ordering and repairs with branch support and customers. Complete service calls accurately and on time. Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are available. Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to company safety standards. Meet on‑call requirements. Qualifications Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration. Minimum 18 years of age. Successful completion of a background check and drug screen. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Skills and Abilities Work independently. Accurate diagnosis and troubleshooting; automotive, electrical, installation, and mechanical background a plus. Journeyman license and/or CFESA certification a plus. Strong attention to detail.
