Phlebotomist Specialist-Client Office
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for a client office in Atlanta to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide patient services. The role operates Monday through Friday with potential Saturday shifts and requires phlebotomy certification plus minimum two years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections across all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Accurately enter patient data and maintain specimen information logs
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and handle billing processes
- Deliver customer service and perform administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass color blindness test
- Reliable transportation
