Join Our Team as a Property Manager
Are you passionate about managing properties and providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different? If so, Stintino Management in Asheboro, NC, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team.
Pay: $48,000 - $52,000 per year plus BONUS
Benefits: Health Dental, Vision, 401k, 401k match, PTO,
Job Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of a stabilized leading property in the city
- Ensure all maintenance and repair requests are addressed in a timely manner
- Manage tenant relations, build good relationships, and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and lease renewals
- 3+ years of experience in property management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
