A hospital in suburban Denver, CO is seeking two experienced pharmacists for contract assignments starting ASAP, with a duration of 13 weeks or longer. These roles are ideal for candidates licensed in Colorado with strong pharmacy experience and familiarity with EPIC systems.

Position 1: Inpatient Pharmacist

• Variable days and afternoon shifts
• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care within the inpatient setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal medication use and safety

Position 2: Outpatient Oncology Pharmacist

• Day shifts
• Support oncology patients with medication management and education
• Work closely with oncology specialists and outpatient care teams

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active CO pharmacist license required

• Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical record systems
