Schedule:

• 7PM - 7AM shifts
• Full-time assignment
• Every other weekend required
• On call only if flexed off
• Blocked scheduling not available
• No floating required

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of employment or a compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Navigate and address complex emotional, psychological, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Safely administer medications and treatments, documenting all aspects of patient care and response
• Educate patients and their support systems, identifying needs and providing resources as appropriate
• Delegate tasks and assignments to ensure optimal clinical outcomes
