This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, well-supported environment providing care to hospitalized children and newborns in a community-focused setting. Position Highlights Provide care in a 17-bed pediatric unit and newborn nursery with approximately 2,400 annual admissions Pediatric Floor Average Daily Census: 5 Newborn Nursery Average Daily Census: 15 Collaborate closely with pediatric hospitalists in a team-based care model Work an 8-hour daytime shift; weekends preferred Participate in rounding, patient management, admissions, and discharge planning Access subspecialty support through leading institutions University of Virginia (UVA)
