Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Provide nursing care on all inpatient MedSurg units
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Manage insulin, heparin, Cardizem, and other drips
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• BLS required
• ACLS preferred
• Minimum of 2 years Med/Tele RN experience
• Competency in EKG (to be assessed during onboarding)
• Certification in med surg is a plus
