As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department by:

• Greeting customers and building lasting relationships
• Listening to customer concerns and documenting service needs
• Communicating repair recommendations and service updates
• Coordinating vehicle repairs with technicians and service teams
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences from start to finish
• Helping customers maintain their vehicles while building trust and loyalty
• Learning the dealership service process through hands-on training and mentorship

Previous customer service experience required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities Professional appearance and customer-first mindset CRM experience is a plus but not required
