This role is responsible for independently performing complex laboratory tests on blood, body fluids, cells, and tissues that include standardized microscopic, chemical, and bacteriological testing. Generalist experience with a passion for working across multiple disciplines and contributing to high‑quality patient care. Candidates may be credentialed as MLT, Med Tech, or Lab Tech. Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution OR a high school graduate or equivalent who has successfully completed an official military medical laboratory procedures course of at least 50 weeks and has held the military enlisted occupational specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist (Laboratory Technician). Must be eligible for ASCP, AMT or equivalent board certification exam and must be Medical Laboratory Technician certified within 18 months of hire.
