Job Description Job Description Oculus Rehab invites a passionate licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to thrive in a 13-week contract in a skilled-nursing facility in Virginia ! Whether you are a local therapist or a traveler, we have flexible options to fit your needs. Choose from these available locations: Arlington, Gainesville, Danville, Fairfax, Roanoke, Harrisonburg Assignment Details: * Skilled Nursing Facility * Full-time schedule for a 13-week contract * $2,200-$2,480 total weekly pay (W-2 or 1099 option) * Inclusive of $1,064 non-taxable stipend for qualified travelers * Guaranteed 36 hours per week * Weekly direct deposit * Sign-on bonus available * Referral bonus Responsibilities: * Assess and evaluate geriatric patients to develop individualized treatment plans * Implement rehabilitation exercises to improve patient mobility and function * Monitor and document patient progress using NetHealth EHR system * Maintain accurate patient records and comply with documentation standards * Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care Qualifications: * Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia * Available for full 13-week assignment * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship License verification required prior to submission.
