Position Highlights Position: EHMG Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice Location: Initially 1 E County Line Road, Sandwich IL 60548 - then 88 W Countryside Parkway, Yorkville IL 60560 (April 2027) Full Time - direct medical services for 40 hours per week, 46 weeks per year for full‑time status. 36 patient care hours. Rotating on‑call schedule. Easy access for patients through our health system, integrated via Epic EMR. The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures. Minimum Licensure Requirements Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois. Minimum Certification Requirements Board certification/Board eligible in Family Practice.
