We are a full-service distributor of Generac equipment and solutions providing sales, service and rentals.The Service Coordinator position will be responsible for creating work orders, answering incoming service calls, quoting recommended service repairs, assisting with the job calendar, tech schedules, invoicing of service jobs and managing overall administrative workflow for the Service Department. These functions require electronic management of parts using company business systems.
