Cath Lab RN

Schedule
On-call required: Yes (7 call days per pay period - 2 nights/week + 1 weekend every 2 weeks)

Requirements
- Current RN license or Compact license
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience required; 2 years preferred
- Epic charting experience required
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Neuro skills highly preferred
- EP/advanced cardiac skills preferred
- Familiarity with Impella and IABP/balloon pump
- Hemodynamic monitoring and procedural sedation monitoring
- Experience with pacemaker/defib and EP-related skills preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient care during diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions pre-, intra-, and post-procedure.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
- Administer medications and care as per protocols.
- Maintain and operate specialized equipment within the Cath Lab.
- Document all care and procedures accurately in the electronic medical records.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 40 hours
- Onboarding: Complete all sensitive onboarding items promptly.
- RTO: All requested time off must be listed at submission.
- RN scrub color: Royal Blue
