Auto Parts Warehouse Worker (11am Start)

Responsibilities Ship and receive, process incoming stock and materials. Pick and fill orders from stock. Pack and ship orders. Manage, organize, retrieve stock in the warehouse. Operate manual/powered equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc. Receive and put away inbound product to designated location. Pick/pull correct product from appropriate locations and deliver to staging area/delivery truck. Operate manual/powered equipment to transport product in and about warehouse. Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence. Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas. Comply with established company policies and procedures. Assume other duties as assigned. Not responsible for supervising employees. Minimum Requirements Up to 1 year of work-related experience. Preferred Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Warehouse or similar work environment. Prior experience with forklift, order picker, etc. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure (whole numbers, common fractions, decimals). Basic computer skills. Communicate basic messages orally. Write brief messages and keep simple records. Problem‑solve simple, repetitive tasks using clear directions and procedures. Follow standard procedures with no decision‑making involved. Use guidance/guidelines provided by supervisor/manager. Follow assignments/priorities provided by supervisor/manager. Physical Demands & Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles, wear PPE, and be exposed to hazardous situations, extreme temperatures, and high noise levels. Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
