Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Dermatologist in Mohs Surgery to join its Dermatology practice in East Grand Forks, MN. Join a busy, well-established practice offering excellent work-life balance. Located in a new, beautifully designed clinic. Current staff includes four nurse practitioners between East Grand Forks and Grand Forks. Full range of dermatologic services available. Live and work in a unique Minnesota community just minutes from the University of North Dakota and the UND School Of Medicine And Health Sciences located in Grand Forks, ND. Characterized by small town friendliness, safe neighborhoods and excellent school systems.

Competitive compensation package includes: compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details). Generous benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, paid time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
