Property Manager

We’re partnering with a well‑established real estate owner/operator seeking a Property Manager to oversee a Northern California portfolio of office, retail, and mixed‑use assets. The company provides a collaborative and well-balanced culture, competitive compensation, and great benefits. The role includes a 20% bonus and a 4/1 hybrid schedule (Fridays WFH).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a commercial portfolio, ensuring smooth building performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships; manage onboarding, issue resolution, and lease compliance.
• Lead core PM processes including rent collection, billing, work orders, and Yardi administration.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, cash flow projections, monthly financials, and CAM reconciliations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure regulatory, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Hire, train, and supervise onsite staff; manage performance and development.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of commercial property management or construction management experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial leases, NNN structures, and contract language.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong Excel and Word skills required.
• Experience with Yardi and DocuSign preferred.
• Strong CAM experience, including analysis and variance reporting.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Experience preparing budgets, financial reports, and cash flow projections.
• Experience across office, retail, or mixed‑use assets; shopping center experience is a plus.
