Plastipak Warehouse Area LeaderAs a Plastipak Warehouse Area Leader, you will assist in leading Material Handlers to move a variety of finished good plastic containers for leading brands. We're also proud to be recognized as an America's Safest Companies by EHS Today.We Offer 12 Hour Rotating Shifts!Set Schedules: 12-hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, then 4 days is 15 working days a month as a full-time associate!Peace of Mind: We've been in the community for over 50 years & offer job stability through market uncertaintyAdvancement: We follow a strong promote-from-within business practice!Convenience: Our food-grade clean facility is located just off I-275!You WillBe responsible for the efficient performance of all phases of Storage, Shipping and Receiving operations.Direct the work of the Material Handlers.Act in accordance with the policies set forth in the current procedure manual.Clean & maintain equipment to assure optimal operating performance.Grow your knowledge & skills through a wide variety of training & on-the-job experiences.You HaveAbility to work 5:50pm - 6:05am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat. This equates to 2 weekends per month off with a 3-day weekendHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalentLeadership, hi-lo, manufacturing/logistic operation ability.
