At Southern Oregon Orthopedics, you’ll provide one-on-one care, work directly with orthopedic surgeons and PAs, and help patients progress from injury or surgery back to the activities they love.

Southern Oregon Orthopedics has three outpatient physical therapy clinics in Grants Pass, Central Point, and Medford , offering collaborative orthopedic and sports rehabilitation care throughout the Rogue Valley.

Schedule & Patient Care

• Flexible scheduling (most PTs work 4x10s )
• 1:1 patient care model

What You’ll Work With

• Modern rehab gyms with turf, squat racks, and Rogue strength equipment
• VALD Dynamo strength testing, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), and return-to-sport tools

Team Environment

About You

• Licensed Physical Therapist (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Interest in orthopedics or sports rehabilitation
• Team-first mindset with strong communication and professionalism
• Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-level rehab team
• Interest in long-term career development and leadership opportunities

Your Role

• Evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic caseload (spine, knee, hip, shoulder, and more)
• Collaborate daily with surgeons and medical providers
• Participate in mentorship, education, and team development
• Contribute to the continued growth and excellence of our PT program
