Join our dynamic team as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) specializing in Operating Room (OR) procedures. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are proficient in C-arm and O-arm coverage, with a strong background in X-ray procedures for surgical settings. This position offers a stimulating work environment in various healthcare settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and Level I Trauma centers, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and development.

Work Schedule: This will be for 4x10's. There will also be call associated with these positions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide C-arm and O-arm coverage in the Operating Room environment.
• Perform X-ray procedures for surgical interventions.
• Collaborate closely with surgical and medical teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain equipment functionality and adhere to safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs to stay updated with advancements in the field.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) with ARRT registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Level I Trauma or teaching hospital.
• Proficiency in operating C-arm and O-arm systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must have 3s or 4s for C-arm and O-arm. Hard Stop

Travel Compliance:

• There is a strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start no exceptions. Please screen for any candidate vacation time taking place immediately after booking as this will likely cause a push due to fingerprinting delays.
• Please only submit to one location. The AM team will find the best fit for the clinician.
• PLEASE NOTE: ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE MADE AWARE OF THE URGENCY OF THE OHIO FINGERPRINTING PROCESS. Candidate must complete fingerprints as soon as they sign contract.
• TRAVELERS WHO ARE UNRESPONSIVE OR UNCOOPERATIVE WITH CREDENTIALING ARE AT RISK OF PUSH/CANCEL.
• All candidates who are currently outside the state of Ohio but within driving distance will be required to drive to a fingerprinting location in Ohio as soon as possible after booking. Travelers who are extreme distances from Ohio will be mailed a fingerprinting packet, which is to be completed urgently upon receipt. Detailed instructions will be sent to the candidate by the Credentialing team.
• RTO required with submission, must be built into contract
• Locals are accepted at the same rate
• Reference Requirements: 2 professional references are required. At least 1 reference must be from a manager/director or someone in a formal leadership capacity (e.g., a supervisor). Charge RN acceptable for 2nd reference. No coworker references accepted.
• Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away from the facility for 6 months or more
• Current employees are ineligible to be hired as a traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location
• RNs- must have valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission.
• MRI techs - submittals without OH license are acceptable. Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
