Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans. \n
- Facilitate both individual and couples therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to promote mental wellness and personal growth. \n
- Work collaboratively with colleagues through regular staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions to share insights, best practices, and to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. \n
- Establish therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and regularly monitor their progress to ensure the effectiveness of treatment strategies. \n
- Document all client interactions and treatment plans diligently in compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies. \n
As an LMFT at Urban Arc, you will work with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Our focus extends to family dynamics and relationships, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will utilize your expertise to facilitate healing and foster resilience in individuals and families alike.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and fully recognized LMFT license in the state of Illinois. \n
- A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field; a Master's degree preferred. \n
- Proven experience working with adults and/or child and adolescent populations in a therapeutic setting. \n
- Strong skills in individual and couple’s therapy, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. \n
Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities, is a plus. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is also advantageous, as our remote services are primarily delivered through digital channels.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 101,000 annually, based on experience and productivity, with additional performance-based bonuses.
