Project Manager

Talascend is seeking a Project Manager for a leading automotive manufacturer located in Auburn Hills, MI. SUMMARY: Lead, management and report-out of Calibration Activities (Project Management) on several Propulsion Systems Programs. REQUIREMENTS: BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive) 3-5 years of experience Strong Program Management skills Experience with automotive OEM or supplier with relevant expertise described above (under Job requirements) Ability to lead cross functional teams Ability to set stretch goals, create/sustain energy, and drive results Drives change where necessary to bring projects to fruition Ability to communicate effectively to senior management Demonstrate strong business acumen and results orientation Exhibit strong intellect, sound judgment and strategic thinking Supports and promotes team above self interest Process oriented Strong computer skills (including PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project) Location: CTC – Minimum 70% onsite / 30% remote We thank all applicants for their interest.
