Travel RN - Emergency Department (ED) - Night Shift

Location: Denver, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM

Job Description: Our Emergency Department is seeking a skilled Travel RN with a strong background in acute care to join our night shift team. This role requires adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency in emergency care procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients in the emergency department.
• Administer medication and perform medical procedures as needed.
• Monitor and provide continuous care for patients requiring conscious sedation.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment including Zoll Lifepaks, GE monitors, and Stryker stretchers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital Emergency Department RN experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH, and ENPC certifications.
• Experience with Meditech EMR is preferred.
