Market Research Analyst

To support strategic business initiatives, the full-time Market Research Analyst will conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research, analyze data to derive actionable insights, and present findings to various stakeholders, while working remotely near major office locations. Key responsibilities Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research, managing data collection and analysis to deliver strategic recommendations Utilize statistical software and tools to interpret data, execute customer satisfaction tracking, and develop methodologies for effective research Present research findings and insights to business partners, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic business objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Economics, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in primary strategic market research or business intelligence, preferably in financial services Proficiency in statistical techniques and research software (e.g., SPSS, Excel), with strong analytical skills Experience with online survey programming and analytics tools such as Qualtrics or Alchemer Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for business partners
