Incident and problem management Receive escalation from L2 Create and track problem records with Problem management and close it within SLA Lead thorough root cause analysis and facilitate engagement from all L4 teams Review of all major tickets to determine areas of efficiencies and improvements. Incident management including root cause analysis.
