Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching credential recognized by the state
- Prior experience working within K-12 special education classrooms
- Understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving classroom or student needs
- Familiarity with differentiated instruction strategies
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s abilities and goals
- Implement evidence-based instructional techniques to support a variety of learning styles
- Maintain accurate records, conduct assessments, and monitor progress toward academic and behavioral objectives
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Contribute to parent meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
