Sr. Operations Manager - ERT (Start date - 07/12)

Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day business operations for the AV Emergency Response unit, including performance, billing, P& L, and resource forecasting. Lead a high‑performing team of Operations Managers and Team Leads, providing coaching in leadership and AV technical literacy. Design and scale response frameworks that address software‑defined edge cases, hardware failures, and environmental obstacles. Drive KPI excellence across specialized AV metrics, balancing technical Resolution Rates and Safety Benchmarks with business metrics such as CSAT and AHT. Meet with Senior Management and clients to support business growth. Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory and legal standards specific to autonomous transportation. Own the hiring and talent development pipeline, identifying candidates with advanced analytical skills for a fast‑paced technology environment. Foster an organizational culture that prioritizes safety, innovation, and rapid adaptation to technological change. Qualifications Two or more years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager, or seven or more years of experience as an Operations Manager in high‑stakes or safety‑critical environments such as transportation, automotive, or aviation. Autonomous Vehicle experience is required. BA/BS degree preferred. Experience managing supervisors, coaching, and developing teammates. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for market launches, field audits, and stakeholder meetings.
