Sales Consultant – Holman Honda Centennial Holman Honda Centennial is seeking a Sales Consultant to join the team. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of vehicle sales and associated paperwork. Greet customers on the sales floor and perform a needs analysis, including make, type, and features desired. Explain features and benefits and demonstrate vehicle operation in showroom or on road. Research model availability using computer database. Work with Sales Managers and Finance & Insurance (F&I) to negotiate sales price, lease payment, including tax, trade‑in allowance, license fee, and discount/rebates. Walk the lot and visually inspect inventory. Deliver and familiarize the customer with the vehicle. Assist Sales Manager with customer problems. Negotiate, overcome objections, and close the sale. Qualifications Prior sales or customer service experience. Good verbal and written communication skills. Clean driving record or minimal violations. Compensation Commission eligible role with an expected monthly pay range of $3,000–$10,000, plus additional earning potential based on performance.
