Rockstar is recruiting for a part-time, independent contractor Talent Associate role that is fully remote in the United States. You will conduct short intro screenings with senior US-based candidates, build rapid rapport, and decide fit using scripts and evaluation guides. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in recruiting, strong phone English, sharp judgment, and a proactive, coachable mindset.
