Come grow with us! Carlson Print Group produces custom print pieces using the latest in UV and conventional sheet-fed digital printing.

Shift: Regular schedule is three days a week, 12-hour shifts (6 pm to 6 am). You need to have the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Job Purpose : Assists in the set up and maintenance of the press and assembling materials for jobs.

Duties

• Reviews the job ticket with Press Operator prior to setting up the job
• Ensures that all of the materials (ink, coatings, proofs, samples, and plates) are available for the job
• Assists in watching for proper sizing, finishing, and problems during the job run
• Keeps the work area and equipment clean, neat and organized

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a sheet fed printing environment required, KBA experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow oral and written job instructions
• Regular and predictable attendance required, including availability to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Able to move / lift 20 lbs. frequently
• Push / pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to be on feet continuously for entire shift
• Excellent hand / eye coordination, manual dexterity
