Corporate Associate Attorney

RESPONSIBILITIES :Draft, review and negotiate various transactional agreements, shareholders agreements, operating agreements and buy-sell agreements, contracts, financing documents and other corporate document sStructure, negotiate and close mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock purchase and sale transactions and private equity transaction sAdvise clients on legal issues related to formation, operation and expansion of businesses and succession plannin gInteract with clients to service existing work and to grow and maintain relationship sCollaborate with colleagues across various practice groups to provide comprehensive legal support to our client sThe firm requires a minimum of 1800 billable hours annuall QUALIFICATIONS :3-7+ years’ experience in general corporate, business succession planning, and mergers and acquisition sAdmission to New York require dMust have Juris Doctorate degree with an ABA accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of the New York State Ba rMust have excellent research and writing skill sMust be able to effectively communicate orally and in writin gMust be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environmen tExhibits conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibilit yAbility to work with diverse personalities within various levels of the organizatio #J-18808-Ljbffr Project Recruit
