Grain-Processing Machine Operator
$25 - $28 per hourAutismservices
$25.00 to $28.00 hourly (to be negotiated) Work Site Environment Noisy Dusty Hot Cold/refrigerated Work Setting Food processing plant Tasks Operate machinery to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products Perform corrective machine adjustments Record production information Observe gauges, computer printouts and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions Clean machines and immediate work areas Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities Make adjustments to process variables Maintain shift log of production and other data Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines Check products for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards Type of Crops Grains Food Specialties Cereals, grains and pulses Automated Systems Experience Bulk grain or feed handling - automated Transportation & Travel Own vehicle Valid driver's licence Public transportation is not available Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities Repetitive tasks Handling heavy loads Physically demanding Manual dexterity Attention to detail Combination of sitting, standing, walking Bending, crouching, kneeling Fast‑paced environment Personal Suitability Excellent oral communication Flexibility Team player Resourcefulness Screening Questions Are you authorized to work in Canada?
