Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility to promote safety and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, document patient progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture focused on clinical excellence and meaningful functional outcomes.
