Buckle in Concord, NC is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support store leadership, drive sales and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will train Teammates, manage operations, and help recruit talent while maintaining high visual standards and customer service excellence. The role evolves from AIT to Assistant Manager with added leadership duties; you will collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to meet store goals and coach the team daily. #J-18808-Ljbffr Buckle
