Your Responsibilities: Prepare all food following standard recipes and special diet orders. Ensure food is at an acceptable temperature. Check daily events to ensure needs are met. Determines amount and type of food/supplies required for daily menus. Obtains supplies from storage areas for meal production. Maintains a clean working environment. Knife skills preferred and experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
