Staff Development Coordinator

Cedars Healthcare Center seeks a Staff Development Coordinator - RN to lead clinical education and orientation for our skilled nursing and rehab team. The RN designs, delivers, and evaluates staff training, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports quality improvement and resident safety. This role partners closely with leadership to assess learning needs, mentor nurses and CNAs, and promote evidence-based, person-centered care in our compassionate, team-focused environment within the CommuniCare Family of Companies.
