Develop and execute marketing strategies for the property. Oversee financial budgets, monitor performance, and implement cost controls. Manage day‑to‑day operational tasks to ensure the property thrives. Qualifications Recent experience managing a fast‑paced apartment community. Supervisory and management experience. Strong team‑building and effective management skills. Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgeting, and sales. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Consent to the possibility of audio recordings during the performance of work duties.
