Meta Ads Expert @ TrackPad

TrackPad is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising and a solid understanding of paid social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage Meta advertising campaigns. Develop targeted audiences based on business goals and customer profiles. Create and test different ad campaigns, creatives, and audience segments. Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for better results. Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROAS. Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns. Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance. Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations. Stay updated with changes to Meta Ads Manager, advertising policies, and industry trends. Requirements At least 2 years of practical experience managing Meta Ads campaigns. Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising. Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization. Ability to analyze campaign data and make informed decisions. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working with different industries and campaign objectives is a plus.
