Front End Lead Full Time

Overview The Front End Lead (FEL) leads the front line when the Front End Manager is absent, coaching, teaching, and motivating team members for membership programs and front‑line operations. The FEL ensures excellent member service, monitors staffing and compliance with operational standards, and drives membership metrics. Responsibilities Supervise the front line, including cashiers, SCO, and membership desk, during the Front End Manager’s absence. Provide excellent member service, coach and train team members. Drive membership acquisition, retention, loyalty and experience programs. Monitor and improve member engagement, speed, and productivity. Utilize cashier observation forms, productivity boards, and membership metrics reports. Manage front‑end responsibilities including closing duties, POS operations, and escalated service issues. Back up cashiers and membership sales ambassadors as needed. Scan club merchandise, manage self‑checkout lanes, assist members with operations. Collect payments, issue receipts and refunds. Maintain cleanliness of the front‑of‑club servicing areas. Use the online task management system (MyWork) to manage workflow and track daily operations. Perform additional duties and assist in other departments as required. Qualifications Prior leadership experience preferred. Experience in membership or sales preferred. Cashier experience preferred. Basic math skills required. Strong communication and team‑building skills. Compensation The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $23.75 per hour. Benefits Weekly Pay – receive pay every week.
