Title Registered Dental Hygienist Job Description Deliver comprehensive hygiene care including scaling, root planing, and use of lasers and antimicrobial rinses Take and review digital radiographs and participate in diagnostic evaluations Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and benefits of digital dentistry and CAD/CAM technology Collaborate virtually and in-person with general dentists, orthodontists, and oral surgeons to coordinate complex treatment plans Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and HIPAA compliance Participate in daily team huddles and weekly performance review meetings to continuously improve patient care outcomes Build strong, long-lasting relationships with patients by providing compassionate and patient-centered care Support clinic efficiency and patient scheduling, ensuring appointment timeliness and satisfaction Salary Range full-time $60 - $65 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
