About the Team The Sales Lead serves as a primary brand ambassador, supporting managers and sales associates to drive in‑store success. Build lasting relationships, turning fans into loyal advocates. Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability and providing real‑time feedback to achieve KPI goals. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a caring approach. Ability to charm and engage audiences at all levels. Business acumen, analytical thinking and a drive to deliver positive results. Excellent time‑management skills, prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Minimum age 18 with proof of identification and work eligibility. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
