We are hiring for one of our clients, who is one of the leading tire manufacturers Job Description- Regional Sales Manager Position Objective: Contributes to the overall growth of the Region assigned by developing a market entry and penetration strategy,along with growingsales with new and existingcustomers. Requirements: Bachelor'sDegree or Equivalentin related field 8 to 15 years' experiencein sales industry and relatedfield Proved experience with managing sales team OHT Industry knowledge Problem solving capability Excellent Communication skills- both oral and written Organized - prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; plans for additional resources; sets goalsand objectives; developsrealistic action plans Proficiencyin Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook and Excel Dependable-follows instructions, respondsto management direction - keepscommitments Takes Initiative - takes independent actions and calculated risks; looks for and takes advantage of opportunities; asks for and offershelp when needed Ability to travel in the territory up to 75% of the time Responsibilities: Manage team of Business Development Managers in assigned territories, as well as supporting Inside Sales Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals Review market analysesto determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates Representcompany at regionalspecific trade association meetings to promote products Deliver sales presentations to key clients Meet with key clients and assist with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals Prepares periodicsales reports showingsales volume, potentialsales, and areas of proposed client based expansionfor region Monitors and evaluatesactivities and products of competition Performance Expectations: Sales Revenue/Profit Growthfor assigned region Effectivelymanage sales budget for the region Generate New Accountsin underperforming areas #J-18808-Ljbffr Ad Astra Consultants
